*SHOPPING BAG POLICY: No diaper bags, purses or closed totes allowed. Shoppers are allowed to bring clear bags or small clutches to carry money/baby essentials in. We have shopping bags available or you may bring an OPEN tote to shop with. All strollers/wagons must be emptied and will be thoroughly inspected at checkout.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately the City of High Point is no longer allowing us to rent out the parking garage across the street from the sale site. The city will now charge $1 per hour to park in the deck at all times. Please note that this is a city mandate. We apologize for any inconvenience, we pushed back HARD against the city’s decision but it is completely out of our hands. Shoppers can continue to park in the Parking Plaza deck for $1/hr. or may choose from one of our free parking options. Please note that the free lots are NOT attended and do not have security present.

- Showplace Parking Lot – 211 E. Commerce Ave. High Point, NC (Between Showplace and the Bus Terminal/IHFC/High Point Theater)
- Icehouse Parking Lot / Jarrell Parking Lot – 512 W. Martin Luther King Dr. High Point, NC (across the railroad tracks from Market Square Tower)
Jarrell Parking Lot – Across from Icehouse Lot / Railroad Tracks
- Lower Lindsay Lot (Market Square Tower) – 115 S. Linday St. High Point, NC (must park in the lower lot, furthest away from the building)
Note: There is road construction on Green St. as well as Tomlinson – no pedestrian access via Tomlinson.
- Tower 2 Lot (Market Square Tower) – 315 High St. High Point, NC (Next to String & Splinter – not the brick courtyard) walk the sidewalk down High St., turn right on S. Elm, down the hill to the front of Suites at Market Square
