CLEAR BAG POLICY! No diaper bags, purses or closed totes allowed! We have shopping bags available or you may bring an OPEN tote to shop with. All strollers/wagons will be thoroughly inspected at check out.
SHOPPING 101: What you need to know
- Make a list prior to the sale, who you are buying for, what they need and their sizes.
- Large item claim tickets will be attached to items not easily portable. Tear off the perforated bottom portion and give this to your scanner at check out to purchase. NEVER REMOVE THE ENTIRE CLAIM TICKET FROM AN ITEM!
- Bring a laundry basket/large tote to stash all of your amazing finds! Wagons/rolling carts are allowed but must be tagged at the door prior to shopping. All bags are subject to search prior to exiting the premises. Bring a blanket/towel to sit on if you plan to utilize our SIT and SORT area.
- Please take advantage of our SHOPPER SORTING areas. Please return unwanted items to the designated return areas. DO NOT put unwanted items back where they do not belong. A WEERUNS volunteer will handle returning items to their proper home on the sales floor.
- Just like raising a child, running this sale takes a village. If you find an item that is stained, broken or does not meet the standards that WEERUNS upholds, please bring it to our attention by dropping it at our checkout area or giving it to a volunteer. If you find something out of place, please assist us by returning it to our sorting area or placing it where it belongs. We greatly appreciate your help in keeping WEERUNS top-notch!
- CHILD SHOPPERS MUST REMAIN BY YOUR SIDE AT ALL TIMES. We can not have unattended children playing with toys on the sales floor. We are mindful these consigned items do not belong to us and must make every effort to keep them in their original state. WEERUNS assumes no liability for children injured in any way due to being unsupervised.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please visit our SATISFACTION STATION prior to checking out to verify that all of your items meet your standards. See this station to check bin clothing, items with batteries, and to make sure that electronics are in working condition prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not allow children to try on clothes/shoes prior to purchase. We encourage you to bring your child's measurements with you. We do have fitting rooms available for adult and teen try-ons. Please respect the fact that these items are not the property of WEERUNS.
- We do our best to move the line along as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are powered by amazing volunteers. Offensive or rude behavior towards our volunteers will not be tolerated. We will ask offenders to kindly exit the premises. We are all in this together. Please be kind!!
