**CONCIERGE TAGGING FOR Spring/Summer 2025 is OPEN!**

Sign up in 3 easy steps!

1. Fill out the concierge registration form HERE to sign up:
YOU MUST SIGN UP ON THE GOOGLE DOC TO PARTICIPATE!

2. REGISTER YOURSELF for the event in MySaleManager HERE using the last 4 digits of your phone number as the password!
BE SURE TO SIGN YOUR CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT!

3. Sign up for a CONCIERGE ONLY DROP OFF APPT. on JAN. 10th 3p-6p in your MySaleManager account under DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS.

**Please note, all consignors must register via the Concierge Google Doc. registration form prior to scheduling your drop off appt. Should spots fill up, we will not honor clients who sign up for a concierge only appt. time slot and have not registered on the google doc.

HOW CONCIERGE TAGGING WORKS

Weeruns’ Concierge Tagging Service is a great option for busy moms who are short on time but aren’t short on kid stuff they need to purge! 
We handle it all…you just sit back, relax and collect your check! 

PARTICIPATION FEE:
Concierge Consignors will have their $25 participation fee taken out of their earnings check. **DO NOT PRE-PAY YOUR PARTICIPATION FEE** Spaces are VERY LIMITED and signing up is a FIRM COMMITMENT to participate and drop off on June 21st 3p-6p (sign up for your CONCIERGE ONLY drop off appt. in your MySaleManager account.) No-shows will not be allowed to participate in the future.

**NEW IMPORTANT LIMITS**:
Concierge consignors may bring a max 350 items, 200 max of those can be hanging clothing. **NEW** CONCIERGE CONSIGNORS WILL HAVE THE SAME LIMITS AS REGULAR CONSIGNORS. PLEASE REVIEW www.weeruns.com/consign for limits.

IMPORTANT PREP INFO:
Gather your seasonally appropriate clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear, books, puzzles, games, etc. Be sure to inspect items are in good working order and clothing is free of excessive wash, wear, stains, odor, pet hair, etc.

CLOTHING:
Clothing is required to be CLEAN, hung, inspected and sorted by size.

Group items together to meet the $3 hanging minimum.

*Rubberband clothing by size or place upside down trashbags over them.

Your tagger will price items as you have them on the hanger. All pieces/sets on one hanger must be the same size. (Go by the smallest size on the tag. ie: 3mos/3-6mos, 18mos/18-24mos) Please match sets together when possible, they sell better! HANG ALL TOPS including SHIRTS/DRESSES/OUTERWEAR. Pants can be draped over the hanger for a set or individually.
*Bin clothing that needs to be bagged is not accepted for concierge clients.

NON-CLOTHING

Box/bag all other items NEATLY by category (ie: shoes, books, toys, games, bin items)

Mark all boxes/bags with your consignor number. **Storage containers cannot be returned. Please use cardboard boxes or trash bags to transport your items for drop off

APPROVAL/NO APPROVAL
A WEERUNS tagging specialist will prep, price and tag your items. **for those who wish to approve pricing, (you indicated this on the google doc at registration), once tagging is complete, you will receive a text from your tagging specialist and HAVE 12 HOURS TO REVIEW AND APPROVE within your MySaleManager account. **Any items that you wish to edit pricing may be done in your account prior to approval. Tags will be printed after your *12-hours notice–NO EXCEPTIONS!*

ADDITIONAL INFO

You may log in to your consignor account and track your daily sales.

All concierge items will be automatically DISCOUNTED during the sale’s discount days. At the end of the sale, ALL ITEMS LESS THAN $25 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DONATED. Concierge consignors may select to pick-up unsold items priced $25 and above. You must log into your account to review your sales report and view unsold items which must be picked up on consignor pick-up day. **Any items not picked up will be donated.

Print your donation form at the conclusion of the sale. You will receive 40% sales profit less a $25 concierge consignor participation fee taken out of your final check. Checks may be picked up on consignor pick-up day or will be mailed immediately following the sale. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery before reaching out.

**IMPORTANT** PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS BEFORE DROP OFF! Items must be complete, clean and quality checked. Test all items that require batteries and confirm they are in working order. Consignors will be charged a $1 fee on their consignor check for each item that is deliberately stained, broken, worn or unfit for sale without notice. It is not eh responsibility of your tagging specialist to inspect your items! Do not bring stained, work, broken, dirty items.
