- You will receive a confirmation e-mail
once your shift(s) is (are) scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation,
your request was not successful.
- Due to a limitation with our
scheduling service, we are unable to set the number of helpers required for
each shift. Therefore, we will call you if the shift you selected is
full and you need to choose another.
- Passes will be mailed to you unless
you are a consigner. If you are a consigner, your passes will be given
to you when you drop off your items.
